The
company is well equipped technically. It has a complete set
of production equipment covering the whole production process
of spinning, sizing, dyeing, weaving to finishing and the
annual production capacity reaches 25 million meters of denim
of various types. The main equipment covers 8 sets of German
AUTOCORO open-end spinning machines, 250 Belgian Picanol GTM,
Italian Somet SM and other models of rapier looms. And the
American Morison brand equipment is used for key links such
as sizing, dyeing and finishing, such advanced equipment making
a guarantee for the quality. Besides, the company engages
professional technicians to control the quality strictly so
that the quality of the shell fabric is stable and improved.
In March 2002, the denim produced by the company was decided
as a product that enjoys exemption from inspection by the
state commodity inspection bureau.

varieties of the company's products are complete. Over the

series (jacquard, strip, check, etc.), color series (indigo-blue,
black, red, yellow, etc.) and metal thread series (golden
thread, silvery thread, red thread, green thread, etc.), making
the enterprise one of the manufacturers of relatively more
varieties in the country.
