Functional quality in two-layer workmanship makes the narrowly cut ski suit an absolute performance piece on the slopes. The sporty color-block look in recycled polyester fabric exudes modern retro charm, while the waterproof and elastic finish and the light down padding ensure pleasant wearing comfort. A belt with a metal buckle gives the shape a feminine flair and offers a beautiful fit.
Recycled polyester as ecological and environmental fibers, is widely used by famous brands. It is extracted from recycled plastic bottles improving the ocean environment and reducing energy consumption. Recycled polyester is thin and flexible. It is valued for their durability and toughness. The recycled polyester we use is all GRS certified.
We use qualified fabric mill to dye our fabrics and they are all certified by Oeko-Tex. All bulk fabrics will be sent to a third party for testing before production to ensure that the direct quantities meet the requirements. This report will also be submitted to the buyer for reference.
Ski suits have more details and more professional requirements than regular clothing. Therefore, it is very important to select qualified garment factories. Our long-term cooperation with the ski suit factory is very good at handling the shape of the ski suit, and our QA team will also guide the whole process and work closely together. The QC team supervises the production quality on the production line and checks each piece of ski suit before packaging.
